Before Work Starts
If a project is cancelled before work starts, contact us promptly so the applicable payment/refund position can be reviewed according to the quotation and any third-party costs already incurred.
After Work Starts
Once design, editing, development, event preparation, travel booking or other project work has started, any refund depends on completed work, committed costs and the written project terms.
Third-Party Charges
Domain registrations, hosting, paid services, licenses, travel bookings, gateway charges and other non-recoverable third-party costs may not be refundable by their providers.
Rescheduling
Event and live-streaming rescheduling depends on availability, location, travel commitments and the agreed booking terms.
