Scope
Every paid project should have a written quotation or scope describing the agreed pages, features, revisions, delivery expectations and price.
Starting Prices
Prices shown on the website are starting prices. Final pricing can change based on confirmed requirements, complexity, content volume, integrations and third-party costs.
Revisions
A revision is a change to work already included in the approved scope. New pages, new features, major redesigns or new integrations are treated as extra scope and may affect price and timeline.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate business details, approved content, required assets, access and timely feedback unless content preparation is separately included.
Third-Party Services
Domains, hosting, payment gateways, plugins, APIs, email services and other third-party products are subject to their own pricing, terms and availability.
Delivery & Handover
Delivery, source/code handover, support period and ownership terms are confirmed in the written quotation and are subject to completion of agreed payments.
Acceptable Use
The client is responsible for ensuring that content and requested functionality are lawful and that they have the rights required to use supplied text, images, logos, media and data.
